This image of the Historic 20 Mule team hauling borax is available. There are only a limited number of 40 which were reproduced in the 1970s. Found in the vaults of Stanley Paher's Nevada Publications, Gold Creek Films is pleased to present these historic prints as the first in its historic photos collection. Placed in a rustic frame the print is a perfect addition to any room.

Taken in 1895 in the Mojave Desert near Barstow, this is mule team driver Ed Pitcher. Though this image is not in Death Valley it was taken during the time when the 20 Mule Team was first being used as the promotional logo for Borax products.

The image is 18 1/4 x 12 1/2" and is placed in a matte which crops some of the image leaving the dynamic central focus of the picture in place. The frame is 16" x 20".

A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Death Valley Fund: Borax Heritage Fund.
